Hidden gem in Batsi - fabulous

Wow, this small restaurant is a hidden gem in Batsi. It's just a few steps up an alleyway, round the corner from Tountas Bakery. The small but interesting menu offers someting a bit different (cut above) from the average Greek taverna and yet prices are sensible. Our dinner here was superb. We shared a starter of fish roe mousse - delicious and definitely enough for 2 to share. Other great dishes were the fish tartare and grilled octopus. Can't wait to go back in the coming days. There aren't many tables so it might be best to book in advance if you want to have dinner here. Lovely friendly and professional service too.

Το βρηκαμε ...μαλλον κατα τυχη στη βολτα μας στα εσωτερικα στενα του λιμανιου. Ιδιαιτερα πιατα κυριως στα ψαρικα . Συστηνουμε ψητη μελιτζανα , υπεροχη γαριδομακαροναδα, καραμελωμενο σαγανακι, αλλα πανω απ ολα το εξαιρετικο κρασι .Ροδιτης εκπληκτικος.

Πολύ καλή προσπάθεια σε ένα ήσυχο γραφικό στενάκι στο Μπατσί. Συγχαρητήρια σε όλη την ομάδα εξυπηρέτησης και κουζίνας. Δοκιμάστε γαριδομακαρονάδα και μύδια αχνιστά. Και τα 2 πιάτα από τα καλύτερα που έχω γευτεί.

Best food I've had in Greece so far, very friendly service, it's a bit hidden but it's definitely worth looking for it, fresh food and traditional, 10/10 would come again
